Preaching the Gospel and Feeding the Flock

compiled by Dave Harris

“Europe, Britain and the USA… How Prophecy Moves On!” is the title of a new StandingWatch program, presented by Evangelist Norbert Link. Here is a summary:

During the last two weeks, we have observed some interesting and important personnel changes in Europe and Great Britain. How will the new European Commission President, Ursula von der Leyen, and the new British Prime Minster, Boris Johnson, contribute to the development of biblical prophecy in view of a European Army, Brexit and their interaction with President Donald Trump?

“Ein Unglück kommt selten allein!” is the title of this Sabbath’s new German sermon, presented by Norbert Link.  The title is a German proverb with a meaning which, in English, is something like, “When it Rains, it Pours.”

“Gelassenheit” is the title of this Sabbath’s new German sermonette, presented by Michael Link. Title in English: “Calmness.”

“Wholehearted Choice,” the sermonette presented last Sabbath by Robb Harris, is now posted. Here is a summary:

We must constantly be asking ourselves if we have a Philadelphian attitude. If we don’t care, then we are in jeopardy of allowing ourselves to fall into a Laodicean spirit. Drawing close to God on a daily basis is the surest way to thrive and persevere in an age filled with lackadaisical attitudes.

“Don’t Get Too Comfortable,” the sermon presented last Sabbath by Eric Rank, is now posted. Here is a summary:

The life of a Christian involves commitment to living in a way that is contrary to the ways of the world. Discomfort is an expected result because of this. Since our ultimate goal lies beyond the boundary of physical life, it is important that we don’t seek our satisfaction within that boundary. Our pursuit in life must not end until we are raised in glory at the return of Christ.
