A new marketing campaign that will include press releases and Facebook ads has begun. “When and How Will Christ Return?” is the first featured publication, with other aspects of the work of the Church, such as StandingWatch, to follow. September Danforth-Prentice, with a background in media support, is helping in this endeavor as the Church seeks an even broader audience for the message we must proclaim.

“HEAVENS AND EARTH…BEFORE AND AFTER THE FIRST MAN!” has been sent to graphic designer, Shelly Bruno, to finalize for printing. We anticipate that this newest booklet, written by Norbert Link, will be available in April.

“War Is a Solution to Nothing!” is the title of a new StandingWatch program presented by Evangelist Norbert Link. Here is a summary:

Why is war so wrong? Why is it a curse in God’s eyes? Two of many examples given in this program show beyond a doubt why God is totally opposed to man’s fighting in war.

The last “cease-fire” agreement pertaining to Ukraine is dead, and the war in Ukraine continues. Europe is accused of following an appeasement policy towards Vladimir Putin’s Russia, as the Allies did towards Adolph Hitler in regard to Czechoslovakia. America is accused of “disengagement,” “weakness” and unproductive “strategic patience.” Vladimir Putin is looked upon as the only winner who wants to annex more countries and who is quite successful in pushing the US and Europe further and further apart. Is God working out a plan which brings about end-time prophecies?

Global Trailer 24 – “Baptism – A Requirement for Salvation,” has been presented by Pastor Brian Gale. Here is a summary:

We have presented in this booklet the biblical proof that water baptism through immersion is a necessary requirement for salvation. Without it, there is no promise in the Bible of receiving God’s Holy Spirit, and without God’s Spirit dwelling in us, we are not true Christians, and God will not grant us His gift of everlasting life in His Kingdom.

Pagans observed New Year’s on January 1 to honor their god Janus and the deified Julius Caesar. Christianity adopted the pagan celebrations in honor of Christ and “Saint Sylvester.” Many pagan rites and superstitions are clearly present in today’s observances. And January 1 has been reserved historically for persecutions of Jews and Sabbath-keeping Christians. So, should we keep New Year’s Day?

On Friday evening, December 19, 2014, longtime member, Gilbert DeVaux (77), died. Gilbert lived in Jefferson, Oregon, and attended with brethren in Woodburn, Oregon. His faithful commitment to God’s calling remains an inspiring example to all of us.

“Pope Francis’ Fight with the Vatican,” is the title of a new StandingWatch program, presented by Evangelist Norbert Link, here is a summary:

It has been almost a recent routine by the Vatican to ignore, dispute or “clarify” something that Pope Francis has (allegedly) said. This includes statements about communism, homosexuality, divorce and remarriage, and whether animals go to heaven when they die. Pope Francis is also involving himself more and more in political affairs, such as the relationship between the USA and Cuba. His popularity is enormous, especially in Europe, due to his charming appearance. His most recent strong attack against the Curia has been described as “without historic precedent” and “one last warning before a direct confrontation.” A spokesman for the Vatican has also referred to him as a “prophet.” What can we expect to occur in the future?
