As a baptized member of the Church of God, we need to prepare for this year’s Passover service on April 21, 2016, by examining ourselves. Will we partake of the Passover in a worthy manner? If not, we will be judged by God and may face serious sickness or even premature death. We must ask ourselves the following questions, among many others: Who is the most important person in your life? What is the cause for sin?

How Do We Love God?

It comes down to our love for God, His commandments and our Faith in His promises.
Let God Fight the Battles
When we encounter situations of conflict, it might be tempting to take matters into our own hands and leave God out of the picture. The Bible teaches that it is important for us to bring God into our lives to help in times of conflict, but also to faithfully turn matters into His hands to take care of the situation for us. We can be relieved to know that God is willing to fight our battles, but only if we let Him.
Face It
Living as a Christian tests us.. It involves ongoing correction, change and growth. The challenge for us is to become truly submissive to God.
Feeding On Sin
The world takes God for granted and assumes that the Creator is unnecessary. This mindset is fed by mankind’s desire for self glorification. The state in which we find ourselves thinking in those terms is achieved by a lifetime of Godless choices.
