This Week in the News

In this issue, we are focusing heavily on the situation in France and developments related therewith, including the growing anti-Semitism in France and hypocritical conduct of the French and other governments. While Western mainstream politicians seem to be in denial, others point out the clear relationship between the attack in France (and elsewhere) and Islam, and governmental German attempts to “demand” the cancellation of demonstrations against Islamization will only create further problems. In trying to appease Islamists, Western governments play into their hands and continue to embolden the enemy.

In other news, we quote former Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev’s warning that the current politics of Russia and Europe could lead to a nuclear war, and while the USA is about to close 15 military bases in Europe, its relationship with Saudi-Arabia continues to crumble.

We conclude with an interesting piece on jury duty and the political propaganda which can be attached to it.

This Week in the News

We begin with the shaky relationship between Britain and Germany; discuss a potentially devastating fiasco regarding Greece and its relationship with the rest of the world; address the growing popularity of Germany’s PEGIDA movement against “Islamization” and the terror attack in France; and speak of the interesting developments pertaining to a Russian-European “cease-fire,” with France at the forefront of questionable conduct.

Turning to American politics and social issues, we point out unfavorable bad news for Democrats (arguably affecting Hillary Clinton) and Republicans (especially surrounding John Boehner), proving again why true Christians should have NOTHING to do with it; and we address the despicable “success” of Planned Parenthood regarding abortion and the confusion surrounding the law (which law?) and its application (which application?) regarding medical marijuana.

We conclude with articles about the debate within the Church of England on suicide and about utterly unbiblical remarks by Pope Francis on “the beautiful relationship and inseparability between Jesus, Mary, and the Church.”

This Week in the News

We report on the deteriorating relationship between Russia and Europe, which might help to bring about a strong unification of the European continent against Russia; speak on Russia’s ambitions to collaborate with “friends” in the Northeast; and address most recent developments pertaining to Greece; the Palestinians; Turkey’s hostile activities against Israel; and Iran’s “suicide” drones.

We bring you articles on the bad history of “Santa Claus” and the refusal of the Protestant Reformation to keep Christmas; report on “Christmas Kitsch” in China; speak on the (unfounded) opposition of Islamic countries to two of Hollywood’s failed “Bible” movies; and quote from two articles on controversial Pope Francis and his religious and political fight with the Vatican and conservative Catholics.

We conclude with pointing out illegal activities of the NSA against American citizens.

This Week in the News

We begin with reports on Russia’s current financial crisis and the willingness of China and other Far Eastern nations to come to Russia’s rescue; and we point out Russia’s attempts to reach out to North Korea, while the relationship between America and North Korea has reached an absolute historical low point.

We continue with reports on Cuba’s victory celebrations over a weak USA; the astronomical costs spent by the USA on their fight against ISIS; and the ongoing turmoil in New York City.

Turning to Germany, we report on growing anti-Islamization demonstrations especially in the city of Dresden, which coincide with outrageous comments by Turkey’s President Erdogan; and continue with several articles on Pope Francis and the Catholic Church. The power struggle between the Pope and numerous cardinals and bishops within the Vatican is continuing, and Catholic news agencies feel that a “direct confrontation” is probably inevitable, while English-speaking spokesman of the Vatican referred to Pope Francis as a “prophet.”

We conclude with reports on Christmas, quoting the Pope’s ill-conceived “Christmas message,” and showing that many non-Christians and people without any religious beliefs delight in Christmas celebrations and activities. We also speak of “Man’s Ten Commandments” and other humanly devised “standards of righteousness.”

This Week in the News

We begin with troublesome developments and opinions regarding the practices of CIA interrogators; address Germany’s growing discontent with asylum seekers; report on Islamist terrorists in Australia and Pakistan; point out an explosive change in US-Cuba relationship and the Vatican’s involvement; speak at length about Pope Francis’ controversial and disputed comments about the future of animals and the fact that (almost) everyone loves him; remind the readers of past comments from the former leaders of the Catholic Church and the Anglican Church about the “myths” of the “Christmas story”; and conclude with a warning that the world is “heading inexorably towards a mass extinction.”

This Week in the News

In this special edition of Update #666, we are focusing on events related to the rise of a future charismatic political and military leader of German or Austrian descent, called the “beast” in the Book of Revelation, as well as his prophesied collaboration with the Roman Catholic Church under its end-time leader, the “false prophet,” and his shaky and finally hostile relationship with Russia and China, leading to a brutal military confrontation.

Also in this light, we are reporting on the predicted establishment of a united European Army (under German leadership) and focus on Germany’s current leader, Angela Merkel, who is not the “beast,” even though she might be an architect in preparation of future developments. We also remind our readers of the prophesied concept of a core Europe or a Europe with two speeds.

We are also reporting on developments within the Catholic Church and Pope Francis, who seems to want to be “a man for all seasons” and “for all people” – and animals. We add an article about depression during the Christmas holiday season—the most “holy” time for professing Christians, especially Catholics.

We continue with articles pertaining to the isolation of the UK from the EU, as well as America’s and Israel’s isolation in the world. All of this is prophesied to occur around the same time when the beast power rises to predominance—and speculations and possible scenarios bringing about the “end of the world.” We know that due to natural and man-made disasters, cosmic disturbances and the “Great Tribulation” which will be ushered in by the beast power, all flesh would be destroyed, if Christ were not to intervene.

This Week in the News

We are reporting on developments in the UK and the US; address the Pope’s trip to Turkey and his desires for “unity”; quote from an article about Europe’s new President of the EU Council; cite little-known excerpts from a lengthy article about Angela Merkel, the ruler of the EU, and Germany’s role in Europe; and conclude with developments in Egypt and Israel and an article about the rise of the occult.

This Week in the News

We begin reporting on the volatile situation in the Middle East, especially focusing on Jerusalem, the relationship between Israel and Iran, and many German and British radicals who have joined ISIS. We continue with articles on Europe’s future and America’s ongoing engagement in Afghanistan; the ouster of Chuck Hagel; and an interesting profile of Romania’s new President, Klaus Iohannis. We speak of Finland’s and Sweden’s fears regarding Russia; and we address the health risks of tattoos; a telling example of unlawful conduct of police officers and Child Protective Services in a Homeschooling Case; the frightening future of Obamacare for many Americans; events in Ferguson, Missouri; and the status quo of America’s messed-up Immigration system.

We focus on the problems with undercover operations and present a devastating example of incompetent child “protection” agencies which some have labeled as “legal kidnapping.”

We conclude with reports on Muslim misinterpretations of American history; Muslim prayers in the National Cathedral which might have unintended consequences; and the decision of the Church of England to ordain female bishops. Also,we present the strong admonition about child rearing given by Billy Graham.
