The Feast of Tabernacles and the Last Great Day will be kept from the evening of Sunday, September 30, 2012, until and including Monday, October 8, 2012.

If you are interested in attending, please go ahead and make your reservations for a room directly with the hotel. When you call the hotel, please make sure that you mention that you are attending the Feast convention of the Church of the Eternal God.

The hotel is offering us a reduced rate of $109.00 per night for a room. The reduced rate applies for the days of the Feast and also for up to four additional days just before and two days after the Feast. An additional 10% occupancy tax and 1% city tourism assessment applies to this rate. The rooms do not have kitchenettes, but they all have a microwave and a fridge, and a little counter area where one could fix a meal. The hotel is pet-free, but they would allow service/therapy dogs. They also have rooms for handicapped people.

Please note the following room types, which you can request:

- If you request a room with two queen beds, you will be given a Standard Room, which will not have a couch in it. The Standard Room is slightly smaller than the King Deluxe Room, which has a couch. The Standard Room with the two queen beds has a chair with an Ottoman.

- The King Deluxe Room has a sitting area with a couch, and it is slightly bigger than the Standard Room with the two queen beds.

- If you need a sleeper couch in your room, then you need to request that, since not all couches in the King Deluxe Rooms are sleeper couches.

No matter what room you will chose, all the rooms are oversized.

Each room has a sink in the toilet area and another sink outside the toilet.

There is (wireless) Internet access throughout the hotel, including in the meeting hall ("the Mission Room"), which will hold up to 100 people. We will be having the meeting hall for the entire time, with a 24 hour-hold.

They are offering two free hot breakfasts each day per room (children under 12 eat free). The hotel is only five years old, and was extensively remodeled last year. The rooms are insulated to avoid any noise from the outside. They have a pool (heated throughout the year), a nice pool area, and an exercise room. The closest beach is 5 minutes away, and the area has many restaurants and shopping opportunities. Avila Beach with fire pits is about 10 or 15 minutes away.
