To receive our special rates, please mention that you will be attending the convention of the Church of the Eternal God. To insure availability, all reservations will have to be made by September 2, 2009. Cancellation of an individual reservation may be made up to one month prior to the day of arrival, without charge.

We have committed to rooms and suites at the hotel for the duration of Friday night, October 2, until Friday night, October 9.  The rate for a room is $99.00 and the rate for a suite is $119.00. These rates do not include the 12.5% Hotel Occupancy Tax. In addition, the hotel offers connecting rooms and/or connecting suites, for comparable rates. The hotel has also agreed to these special rates for members who want to come up to three days early and/or stay up to three days later.

The Feast of Tabernacles and the Last Great Day will be kept from Friday evening, October 2, 2009, up to Saturday evening, October 10, 2009.

All rooms and suites (all suites have full kitchens) offer complimentary Internet access, and for those who are in special need of full size roll away beds, a few are available on a complimentary basis. If you are in need of these beds, please contact Norbert or Johanna Link.
